Visitors can look forward to a premium luxury experience, including entertainment and gaming amenities, and a range of other facilities, including innovative spa and wellness experiences, a state-of-the-art events centre, and a high-end shopping esplanade.
According to Colliers International, the investment management specialists, the resort could bring 5.5 million tourists to Ras Al Khaimah by 2030, significantly exceeding the target number of 3 million.
The resort’s construction began earlier this year, with foundation work already underway. The development will pave the way for the accelerated growth of allied business sectors as well as accelerate the Emirate’s growth as a major global tourist destination.
