Move over Friday. Sunday brunch is the new big thing

Please excuse us while we mourn the death of the beloved Friday brunch, a tradition that forms the fabric of the start of the weekend in the UAE. The new end to the working week is certainly a big change that is bound to affect the lifestyle of the residents but the city seems to be adapting to it at an impressive pace.

Case in point: Sunday brunches.

The new twin of the Friday variety, they have started popping up in restaurants and brunch haunts to pacify all religious brunchers. Offers, meal deals and all-you-can-eat buffets, these joints are sure to satisfy.

Go on, then. Gluttony on the weekend is excused.
